Hello guys
i have a solution for fix error metadata .log in eclipse and then you can open your eclipse again

1. you can search place your workspace folder
2. and then deleting the folder "...\workspace\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.e4.workbench"
3. your problem fixed it :)
